About the Class:

This class is 3.5 hours long and includes refuse to be a victim, damsels in defense, alternate means of Defense, and also 45 minutes of instruction with a self-defense instructor. You will learn situational awareness, combat color codes, how to protect themselves in their home, their automobile, traveling, Etc. You will also be introduced to stun guns, kubaton, and other self defense equipment in the classroom. You need to make sure you dress accordingly and wear sturdy shoes. This class is for ladies 13 and over.

We do not publish the exact address online because we require pre-registration and do not allow walk-ins the day of the class.
